Project management
Our role as project managers at MCM is to negotiate on behalf of our clients to get the best deals possible, in terms of pricing, scheduling, and quality. The project manager’s role will be to follow up with third parties, making sure their promises are delivered in due time without compromising on quality, and keeping the client informed with regular reports on the status of the project.
